From my device manager, it is telling me the manufacturer is NVIDIA, which a google search says should be controlled through the Nvidia control pane. So now Im at somewhat of a cross roads because all the calibration things I've found are either expensive calibrators you attach to your TV or are color calibrations that rely on adjusting the tint and color. This is not the founders edition, the RGB strip as well as the lighted lettering cycles through a few colors on startup so I'm 99 sure I should be able to control it somehow. The brightness/contrast calibrations makes it stand out even more because the bright colors are no longer in the line with the now natural whites and blacks of the set. So like a modest green will appear neon green. Colors are WAY too bright and faded at the same time. Anyway, I performed contrast and brightness calibrations and got the set down closer to natural viewing experience, but that has created another problem. Its obvious the factory settings are for the most picture "Pop" as possible, with no regards given to black and white balance or color accuracy. I expected things like colors to be washed and contrast to be jacked up but this set is REALLY inaccurate. I'm having trouble with this cheap 4K TV I purchased. Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster here.
